CIONGCA (Conseil Inter ONG en Centrafrique), created in 1988, is made up of more than 106 NGO members in CAR. A non-profit civil society federation governed by organic law No. 19.002 of 16 January 2019 governing NGOs and law No. 61/233 of 27/05/1961 in CAR, which accepts the principles of political, ethnic and religious neutrality. CIONGCA wants to contribute to the emergence of a Central African Republic, a country in which all social strata participate in economic, political and social life; where there is equality and respect for the rights and duties of citizens through fair justice; where good governance and freedom are guaranteed in all its forms.
